Pure Adventure is where young people can come to learn about the important things in life! Jumping off rocks, climbing, getting wet and sandy, laughing with friends. We provide the very best outdoor and adventurous activities in the Channel Islands and want to make sure that young people have every opportunity to get out into the countryside, play in the very best natural playground there is and find out new things about themselves and the environment around them.

Our holiday camps allow children to experience real adventure in the safe hands of professional guides and instructors, while we take their inquisitiveness, energy, sense of fun and get-on-with-it attitude to show adults what it’s all about! The Pure Adventure experience is designed to encourage feelings of success and shared achievement.
Over the years, we have had loads of fun doing what we do best. We want to make sure that as many children as possible are given the same opportunity and experience activities such as:
Camp Dates

We will meet the children at Liberation Square each morning at 8:45am and then return them to the square at 16:00pm. If any child needs to be picked up early etc, please call the office preferably on the day before so we can confirm at which location on the island the activity will be held.
We ask that children bring a packed lunch each day and plenty to drink throughout the day. We also suggest that they bring a small amount of money in case they want to buy an ice cream on one of the days.
Each day is typically structured with a morning and afternoon activity with lunch in between, except for cycling which may last all day.
We will contact all parents on the weekend before Holiday Camp starts to inform them of the activities we plan to run which will be dependent on the weather forecast. Parents will need to check their email and text messages on the Sunday before camp for confirmation of the activity/activities that will be organised for the Monday.
We will on occasion take the children on a bike ride. All bikes must be in good working order (correct height, working gears, and both breaks working). A bike can be hired at an additional £10.00 on the day from Zebra hire, which we can organise in the morning. A helmet is also required.
A guideline is presented below for the required clothing every child should bring for each individual activity. Whilst this is specific to the activities it is recommended that children bring waterproofs and extra layers if rain or cold weather is forecast. They should bring suitable clothing for that day’s weather and a swimsuit and towel in the event we have to suddenly change activity. We provide wetsuits and all safety equipment for our activities, but the kids are welcome to bring their own wetsuit if they have one (providing it is full body).
Generally during the summer we are able to run each Activity Holiday Week using all the Pure Adventure activities we offer, however in the event of extreme weather conditions we will take the children for indoor activities such as bowling, swimming or Tennis.
For each activity the children will need as follows:
Kayaking: A spare pair of old trainers to wear in the sea, swimwear and a towel
Cliff walk: Comfortable shoes, extra water
Coasteering: A spare pair of old trainers to wear in the sea, swimwear and a towel
Cycling: Bikes must have good brakes, gears, size that fits. Helmet
