Rock Climbing

If you have a head for heights and you like overcoming challenges then this is the activity for you.

Jersey is renowned for having some of the best rock climbing areas in Europe. The variety of rock, from granite to gabbro, and the spectacular scenery makes rock climbing so appealing for both beginners and experts alike.

Learn to layback and get into some serious bridging, or try hand jamming. Let our Single Pitch Award (SPA) climb leaders teach you all the moves you will need to know as well as how to belay, prusik and place gear. All will become clear!

Booking Information-Rock Climbing

Rock Climbing sessions include: - Expert tuition, all your rock climbing equipment and safety gear, and some fantastic scenery.

Rock Climbing Venue:  Different venues depending on age, ability and group size.  Location will be determined upon booking.

What you need to bring with you: Appropriate clothing for accessing the crag (sturdy trainers or boots). Long, flexible trouser bottoms are advised. You may bring your own climbing shoes if you have a pair.  Often the climbing venue is in a shaded area, so extra layers may be needed to stay warm whilst waiting to climb.

Session Duration:  2 hours (approximately)

Age: 9+

Minimum participants: 4

Maximum participants:  6 (For bookings of more than 6, please give 2 weeks notice to insure instructors are available.)

Cost: 

Adults:  £35 per person

Children: £30 per person

Extended climbing sessions can be organised at an extra cost.

IMPORTANT:  Anyone under, or suspected being under the influence of alcohol will not be allowed to participate in rock climbing.
