Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions & Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long are Gift Vouchers valid for?

   Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. The expiry date is displayed on your Voucher once you have purchased it.

2. I have a Gift Voucher, what do I do with it?

   You can either contact us to arrange for the voucher to be used for, or contribute towards, one or more of our range of activities, or you can create an account and use the voucher to 'credit' your account with the appropriate value. You can then book an activity and your account will be adjusted accordingly.

• Vouchers may only be used in exchange for goods purchased at Pure Adventure.
• Vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a lower value.
• Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers have an expiry date as stated on the voucher. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. Replacement vouchers with later expiry dates are issued solely at the discretion of Pure Adventure.
• Vouchers will be subject to verification at the time of presentation. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
• Any defacement of a printed voucher will render it invalid.
• No modifications can be made to a voucher after it has been issued.
• Pure Adventure reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions.
